You can enjoy a rich breakfast from 08:00 to 10:00 in our sister hotel. We also offer a daily bread roll service; you can pick up your ordered bread rolls in the lounge – including Sundays. You can cook for yourself in your apartment kitchen – but we are also happy to invite you to dinner in our sister hotel for pampering moments (breakfast and dinner can be booked in addition).
TIP: Book your breakfast and dinner before your stay and enjoy our benefits.
This is best done in your cozy apartment, on the balcony with a view of the mountains, in our cozy corners while reading and dozing or in our wellness area in the sister hotel Hotel Wagnerhof **** (2 minutes walk) with infinity pool, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna world, relaxation rooms and much more.
You are welcome to pay your bill in cash by debit or credit card.
Final cleaning – once per apartment on departure

A kettle is standard equipment in each of our apartments.
You are welcome to pay your bill in cash by EC or credit card
Even if you are already looking forward to your vacation, unfortunately something unforeseen can always come up. Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days in advance, up to 14 days in advance 70% of the travel amount is due. After that, 100% of the travel amount will be charged. In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the travel amount.
Cancellation is only possible in writing. We kindly ask for your understanding.
We therefore recommend that our guests take out cancellation insurance to avoid any costs that may arise.
For the sake of the environment, we do not include disposable slippers in the wellness bags and politely ask you to simply bring your own slippers.

Dogs are not allowed in all apartments – we charge EUR 25.00 per day/dog
1 dog is allowed per apartment.
Dogs brought along must be appropriately insured for liability.
The owner is liable for all damage caused by their dog to other guests or to the furnishings.
Please understand that we only accept well-behaved, well-groomed and house-trained dogs in our apartments. Out of consideration for other guests, uncontrolled barking is not desired. Dogs must always be kept on a leash in the house.
For hygiene reasons, we ask you to use your personal dog blanket or basket. Our beds and furniture are absolutely off-limits.
Please note that in Pertisau and the surrounding area there is a dog leash regulation; the dog must be on a leash. In all public transport (train-bus-cable cars) a muzzle is mandatory.
We reserve the right to charge an additional final cleaning fee in case of heavy soiling of upholstered furniture and floors in the apartments. (one-time EUR 100.00)
Dogs are not allowed in the children’s corner, playground, sunbathing lawn and GARDEN SPA.
Free cancellation is possible in writing up to 30 days before the planned arrival day. For shorter periods or early departure, graduated cancellation fees (between 70% and 100% of the travel price) apply. We recommend taking out travel insurance.
You can conveniently pay your hotel bill on the day of departure in cash, by debit card (Girocard) or with the common credit cards (Visa / Mastercard).

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation or trip interruption insurance.
This protects you in case of an unexpected cancellation or early trip interruption – and saves everyone involved unnecessary discussions. Please understand that we cannot accept cancellations on a goodwill basis. Thank you!
Your apartment is ready for occupancy on the day of arrival from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, we ask you to complete check-out by 10:00 AM.
If your apartment is already ready for you to move in, you’re more than welcome to check in early. Just stop by our front desk to let us know. If the apartment isn’t ready yet, you’re welcome to leave your luggage with us in the meantime at no additional charge.
The final cleaning is charged once per stay and is graduated according to apartment size: between 80-135 EUR.
Dogs are allowed in select apartments upon request (maximum of 1 dog per apartment; no cats; fee: 29.00 EUR per day, not including food). Dogs brought along must have liability insurance, be well-trained, well-groomed, and house-trained; furthermore, dogs must be kept on a leash inside the building, and uncontrolled barking is not permitted.
For hygiene reasons, a personal dog blanket or basket must be used, as beds and furniture are absolutely off-limits – in case of heavy soiling of upholstered furniture and floors, we reserve the right to charge an additional final cleaning fee of 100.00 EUR one-time. In the children’s corner, on the playground, on the sunbathing lawn and in the Garten SPA of the sister hotel, dogs are not allowed. In the restaurant area of the sister hotel only with prior reservation and registration of the dog. Please also note the dog leash regulation in Pertisau and the surrounding area as well as the muzzle requirement in all public transport (train, bus, cable cars).
Included in the apartment price are the parking spaces in front of the aparthotel; there are sufficient parking spaces ready for you.
Please ring at “Wagner’s Aparthotel” at the front door upon arrival – we are happy to welcome you personally with all our HEART, or if we happen to be away for a brief moment, an envelope with your name and the apartment key is available for pickup at reception.
Our apartment kitchens are equipped with a Krups Nespresso capsule coffee machine. Upon request, a filter coffee machine is also possible in the apartment kitchen instead. Please give us a brief notice before arrival if you would like an exchange.
Yes, we have an e-charging station, so you can charge your e-car directly at the house

On the balconies or terrace there is seating with an ashtray so you can enjoy a cigarette there.
Bed linen, towels, Wettex, dish towels, dish soap and kitchen roll as well as dishwasher tabs, spices salt and pepper are standard equipment in each of our apartments.
In our drying room behind the door is our vacuum cleaner for free use. The washing machine is equipped with a coin-operated machine (various washing programs).
Tumble dryer and iron are also available and open and operational 24/7.
Yes, as a guest you use the 1,000 sqm wellness area (Garten SPA) in the sister hotel Hotel Wagnerhof located directly next door. Use is included in our daily rate.
Each apartment has a lockable locker in the changing area of the Garden SPA. Wellness towels are available for use at the Garden SPA.
The wellness towels are not beach towels—please bring your own beach towels if you’re spending the day swimming right by the lake. Thank you ♥
The first upper floor with infinity pool and sauna world is an adults-only relaxation area for adults. The ground floor with the large indoor & outdoor pool is open to families.
For the sake of the environment, we do not include disposable slippers in the wellness bags and kindly ask you to simply bring your own bathing shoes. A cozy bathrobe for big and small will be gladly provided for you in the wellness bag.

Yes, a rich breakfast as well as dinner can be booked directly. You enjoy both meals in the sister hotel Wagnerhof located directly next door.
ATTENTION: We at the aparthotel have a certain quota of seats for our guests who would like to be pampered in the dining room of the sister hotel. Since these seats are therefore somewhat limited, we ask our guests to register for breakfast and/or dinner before arrival for organizational reasons. (daily or day-by-day possible). Simply reserve here – please note “Guest at Aparthotel” in the comment
Yes, we offer a daily bread roll pick-up service (also on Sundays and public holidays). The freshly ordered bread rolls from the local baker can be picked up in the morning directly at our indulgence corner.
We can accept orders daily until 12 noon. We therefore ask that bread orders for the first morning be sent to us by email before arrival.
You can find our bread selection here. Our baker does not have gluten-free bread – we kindly ask for your understanding.

Since we are a golf member establishment, you receive a 20% greenfee discount as our guest at the Golfclub Achensee, just a few minutes’ walk away.

Your winter sports equipment is in good hands with us: In the ski room directly in the house with barrier-free entrance and boot dryer, everything is safely stored and ready for the next day on the slopes.
