General terms and conditions

1. Cancellations

Even if you are already looking forward to your holiday, unfortunately something unforeseen can always happen. Up to 30 days before free of charge cancellation is possible until 14 days before 70% of the travel amount is due. After that 100% of the travel amount is charged. In case of no-show or early departure 100% of the travel amount.

We therefore recommend that our guests take out cancellation insurance to avoid any costs that may arise.

2. General

  • Your apartments are ready for occupancy from about 14.00 hrs.
  • Departure by 10.00 a.m. at the latest
  • Errors and omissions excepted - prices according to hotel brochure and homepage
  • You can pay your bill in cash with EC or credit card, we do not accept diners and American Express cards.
  • In case of premature departure/late arrival 100% will be charged
  • Only written agreements can be asserted. Your reservation is valid after we have confirmed it in writing and the guest has paid a deposit
  • App. Numbers cannot be booked bindingly. We will gladly note your wishes
  • All apartments are non-smoking apartments
  • Pets allowed on request and registration. (cats are not allowed in our house)
  • Dogs are not allowed in all apartments - we charge EUR 20,00 per dog per day without food.
  • 1 dog is allowed per apartment. The dog owner is liable for damages to the furniture. For hygienic reasons we ask you to use your personal dog blanket or basket. Please note, in Pertisau and the surrounding area there is a dog leash regulation, the dog must be kept on a leash. In all public transport (train-bus-cable cars) there is Muzzle obligatory.
  • We reserve the right to charge an additional final cleaning fee in case of heavy soiling of the upholstered furniture and floor in the apartments. (one-time EUR 30,00) Dogs are not allowed in the playground and on the lawn.
  • Lump sums: if the services offered are not used - no refund or credit note.
