General information

Our spacious apartments and our hospitality concept are ideal for guaranteeing your privacy and giving you plenty of space and freedom for your holiday. True to the motto “nothing is a must, but everything is possible,” we want to continue living this philosophy. You can choose whether you’d like to be pampered with our special bread roll service or fridge stocking and retreat to your cosy home, or enjoy the culinary highlights in our main hotel—of course, in compliance with all current hygiene measures.

  • Contactless check-in is available
  • You keep the apartment key with you the whole time.
  • All staff are trained and equipped in line with the safety measures
  • Minimum distances are maintained
  • Information and orders can be accessed and placed via our digital guest folder or by phone in the apartment. We’re always happy to help!
  • The following special rule applies for winter 2022/2023:
    free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
  • free cancellation at any time in case of
    border closure
    official closure of the accommodation
    travel ban (Please note: not in the case of a travel warning!)

  • Interim cleaning/ towel change is available daily on request (for a fee) or once a week (included in the price)

  • There are enough hand sanitiser dispensers throughout the building

  • All public areas are cleaned and disinfected more frequently

  • Our garden offers plenty of space to play and let off steam—especially on our adventure playground

  • The pool and sauna area are open—please keep your distance (in our main hotel, Hotel Wagnerhof ****)
  • For massages, beauty treatments and baths, the applicable safety regulations are observed
  • In the newly built GARDEN and SILENCE SPA (in our main hotel, Hotel Wagnerhof ****) there’s even more space to relax and enjoy—also for our aparthotel guests
  • Plenty of space in the dining room for the minimum distance of 1 m (1 metre back to back) in our main hotel, Hotel Wagnerhof ****
  • Breakfast, salad and starter buffet is permitted; disinfectant, disposable gloves & serving utensils are available for every guest to take freely
  • Extended buffet times: from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, our generous salad and starter buffet is available
    Further courses are served at the table as usual
  • Out of respect for other guests, we ask you to wear a face covering in the buffet area
  • A daily bread roll service is available directly to the apartment door
  • You don’t want to go shopping on arrival? – No problem , we’ll fill the fridge for you with delicacies from the region – a relaxed arrival at Wagner’s Aparthotel (please order at least 1 day before arrival)
  • On request, you can also pick up your dinner at the main building and enjoy it in your apartment (orders can be placed daily until 12 noon)
  • TOPFGERICHT – GLÜCK IM GLAS #HANSIMGLAS Honest, regional, without frills but with love. Hungry for fresh regional ingredients without additives but don’t feel like cooking at the aparthotel? Simply pick up delicious pot dishes from us in the gourmet corner – and Tyrolean noodles as a side dish – chilly and delicious – for EVERYONE
