Have time for the nice things, have time to talk. On our adventure playground directly in front of the house or in the children’s play corner, while swimming or skiing, your vacation at Lake Achensee will be exciting, for sure.

How you do it is entirely up to you. However, we have been creative in the meantime and have come up with some ideas for you.

From a huge children’s playground to our cool kids’ corner – we have plenty of space for all kinds of leisure activities. And don’t forget our breathtaking nature, which is just waiting to be discovered by you. So, off you go on your well-deserved break!

on a winter adventure

Magda Muh, our curious cow, dreams of discovering Lake Achensee and the beautiful nature surrounding it.
The glistening snow, the high mountains and the sparkling lake attract her from afar.

So let’s set off together with Magda Muh and experience a magical winter wonderland – full of a7> a magical winter wonderland – full of little adventures, new discoveries and lots of fun in the snow!

Magda Muhs Winter Magic

“Brrrr… but beautiful!” thinks Magda Muh as she sticks her nose out into the crisp winter air this morning. Overnight, a soft blanket of snow has transformed the entire valley – and Magda loves the sight. She trudges through the fresh snow and watches the first guests happily walking towards the slopes. Magda may be a cow, but she is convinced that there is plenty for her to discover in winter too. And while other cows retreat to the barn, Magda’s adventure is just beginning. Today she feels particularly brave – and a little bit curious about all the winter joys she always hears about.

Magda, the skier

Magda decides: Today she’s going to try something new! So she wobbles over to the toboggan slope, where the children are happily pulling their sledges up the hill. “Can I have a go too?” asks Magda, her eyes wide. The children laugh – and suddenly Magda is sitting on a sledge.
With a powerful push, she’s off: Whoosh!
Her “Moo!” echoes across the slope as she races down the hill, laughing.
But that’s not all.
Magda spots a few skiers making elegant turns. “I can do that too!” she decides.
The ski instructor helps her strap two skis under her hooves, and before Magda knows what’s happening, she’s gliding down the practice slope – a little wobbly, but very proud.
Franz, the curious sparrow, flies above her and calls out: “Look at you, Magda! A real ski bunny!”

Back to the stable

As the sun slowly disappears behind the mountains, Magda trudges back, tired but overjoyed. (Her children come running up to her and want to know everything: “Tell us, Mummy! How was your winter day?”) Magda beams – and this time without any snow on her nose. She sits down in the middle of the warm stable, surrounded by her loved ones, and says: “It was exciting, fun and a little crazy. But you know what? Winter happiness means trying new things – and then returning to where you feel safe and secure.”
And that’s exactly the feeling you’ll find at our aparthotel – every single day of winter.

on a summer adventure

Magda Muh, our cheerful cow, dreams of a perfect summer day in the Tyrolean mountains. The lush meadows and bright sunshine lure her outside.

So let’s set off with Magda and experience a colourful summer adventure – full of new friends, secret flower meadows and lots of warmth!

A sunny morning with Magda Muh

“Moo!” That’s Magda’s cheerful greeting every morning as the sun rises over the Tyrolean mountains. Magda is no ordinary cow—she’s the heart and soul of our house. She watches over the meadows and paths and makes sure everyone in our aparthotel has a smile on their face. She knows every corner, every little flower, and every child happily playing on the playground. If she could, she’d personally welcome every guest with: “We’re so happy that YOU are here!” With us, there’s room for warmth, fun, and a little adventure!

The discovery of the secret flower meadow

One morning, Magda Muh decides she is ready for an adventure. So she sets off! She strolls across the meadow, past the playground and over the little stream, all in search of new friends. On the way, she meets Franz, a cheeky sparrow who tells her about a secret flower meadow hidden behind the forest. Magda is curious and sets off. And what does she find? A place full of butterflies, bright flowers and sunshine. From that moment on, she understands: happiness comes from seizing opportunities and making friends along the way.

The joy of returning home

Magda returns in the evening tired, but satisfied back. Her children greet her with a loud “Moo!”, and Magda beams (as much as a cow can beam). She had had a tiring day, but nothing compares to coming home. Because here they are waiting for laughter, delicious food, warm sunshine and boundless love. Magda has now understood: “True holiday happiness can be found there, where you feel welcome – just like here with us at the aparthotel.”

The place where I learned to ski

Our ski schools are specially trained to teach children how to ski. And so that you don’t lose sight of them, the small but beautiful ski area at Lake Achensee is ideal for skiing with children.

Our playground adventure

Do you have LITTLE explorers on board? Our children’s playground right next to the house makes their hearts beat faster and leaves nothing to be desired, because the spacious adventure playground offers plenty of space for small and big children to play and let off steam in the middle of the green idyll in the heart of Pertisau.

Water rats and little mountain enthusiasts feel right at home in the Family Tirol Region Achensee and with us as a premium nest partner. Sporty, creative and varied, the little “grown-ups” are offered a great free weekly program with new adventures every day!

In summer: From Monday to Friday, children aged 4 to 16 spend exciting vacation days exploring the region.
